Straw yellow in the glass. Clear. On the nose, the wine has rubber hose and mineral on the nose. Medium bodied with low medium acid and a yeasty bready character that would not be out of place in a champagne. Good balance and minerality though I wished for just a little more acidity. Worth it.
Fantastic example of ripe Gruner Veltliner from a single plot. Tart pineapple, star fruit, and melon intermingle nicely with watercress, radishes and chervil. Very textural and layered. All the kids in this sandbox are getting along.

Recommended as rich wine, it is no doubt of rich and complex aroma and taste. Mainly apple aroma with a hint of butter and honey aromas. Taste is more complex, having well-balanced acidity like grapefruit, honey, bitter taste.
Dunno why this groovy GV is getting a 3 star slap but I felt it was stellar.
Notes of quince honey minerals as well as pear and apple from this well balanced and colourful wine.
My first taste of Grüner Veltliner, pineapple and sweet yellow apple, honey , vanilla, and some kerosene like riesling and slate of mineralities. soft , medium acidity, 4/5
